With over 6+ years of professional experience in SharePoint Development, Knowledge & Content Management, I bring hands-on expertise in Metadata Tagging, SharePoint Site Development, Vendor Management, and various KM tools. I've implemented strategies to foster knowledge sharing, drive digital transformation, and enhance team efficiency. Notably, I've leveraged the 6 KM Structure model to optimize Content Sanitization, Archival, and retrieval processes. My background includes significant involvement in Research, Agile/SCRUM-based Knowledge Project delivery, and Business Development, complemented by proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. At IQVIA and EY, I played pivotal roles in driving Knowledge Management initiatives and crafting innovative SharePoint Sites using Angular. In my current role as a Business Analyst II at Novo Nordisk, I am deeply engaged in supporting various IO Projects in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Additionally, I recently completed the NPTEL Knowledge Management Certification from IIT Kharagpur and acquired a CSOD Learning Certificate, Adobe Experience Manager (Business Practitioner) & SharePoint Webpart Developer certification from NN. Beyond my professional endeavors, my interests extend to Options and Derivatives Trading, including Hedge Bank Nifty & Nifty, Positional and Demand & Supply Based Trading. I'm also eager to delve deeper into Blockchain, Crypto/ALT Coins, IPO, ICO, and further explore Price Action and Options Data/Open Interest based strategies.
