About Devon Sanabria

As the Public Events Program Manager at the Cultural Intelligence Center, I’m proud to serve as the primary point of contact for our global community of Certified Facilitators (CFs). My role centers on making sure each CF feels supported, empowered, and equipped to lead meaningful conversations around cultural intelligence in their own organizations and communities. I manage our public-facing certification programs, workshops, and engagement efforts, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from registration to facilitation. Whether I’m answering questions, refining program logistics, or developing new ways to increase connection, I’m here to help our CF community grow stronger, together. With a background in compliance, customer service, and training program development, and fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and American Sign Language. I bring a deep appreciation for both structure and cultural nuance. I thrive on helping others succeed and love creating spaces for learning, collaboration, and transformation.
