I have completed the Project Management Information Technology program (PDC) from Canadore College and pursuing Logistics and supply chain management located in Ontario, Canada. I entered the corporate world during the pandemic and had the opportunity to work with R1RCM as an AR Analyst. Responsible for managing accounts, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. Proficient in analyzing financial data, conducting thorough research, and implementing effective strategies to ensure timely collections. While preparing for my higher studies abroad, I worked with Concentrix as a customer service representative. My role involved delivering exceptional service and efficiently resolving inquiries.
