About Dhru B.

Have you ever wondered what makes some people more successful than others? How some Leaders, Corporate Professionals and even Salespeople can have breakthrough results, yet others with the exact same skillset, training and work ethic seem to struggle? I have. And as a popular speaker, Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and founder of Nayan Leadership, I believe that while there are a number of things that contribute to success – skills, work ethic and resiliency just to name a few. But most of all, mindset is a HUGE determinate for individual and team success. In other words, being a better Leader, Corporate Professional or Salesperson is LESS about learning a new skill or working harder, but instead, more around “thinking a different thought” and developing new patterns of thought, which when combined with the appropriate, associated action, can make a world of difference when trying to move forward at work. During my fast-paced, highly interactive presentations, I break these concepts down into some digestible elements of success that are practical and actionable immediately. I have helped leaders refocus and find clarity at companies like Microsoft, Plaid, PayPal, Audi, and Marriott.
