About Dhurata Robaj

Currently Head of Human Resources and Training Department at BPB, a commercial bank in Kosovo. Have developed and manages the "HR Academy from BPB" since May 2022. Primarily focused on employee skill gaps and training needs as understanding Bank’s perspective of staff development, continuously adding value by implementing and managing Junior Program, Senior Program, etc, and working closely with the leadership teams for bank’s hiring. Prior to BPB, was an HR and Recruitment Manager at The HeadHunter Kosovo. Have worked in partnership with hiring managers and appropriate leaders, and were responsible for full cycle of recruitment process. Previously served in key role at EPPC Albania & Kosovo for two years as HR Advisor & Staff Leasing managing recruitment process, staff leasing, prepared multiple projects and reports, proposals, tenders, and performed company’s analysis. Built and maintained strong partnerships with stakeholders. Started out at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, working with clients for bank services and product and led the market research project for SME management platform, where initially graduated at ProCredit Kosovo Academy. Also, a scholar for Executive MBA in General Management at University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY College, where also as a top scholar student have graduated and hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business Studies. Additionally, a candidate for Diploma, Level 7 Strategic Management at Chartered Management Institute. Prior, have attended 1st year studies of Master in Finance at the University of Lausanne.
