About Diana Caipa

As a volunteer, placement student, and Social Service Worker, I've been privileged to help people overcome challenges related to their economic situation or immigration status. This has fueled my passion for helping others and promoting equity in Colombian and Canadian societies. Through various roles such as a social service worker, international exams' coordinator, screening officer, advisor, and language teacher in different countries, I've interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ages, sharing knowledge and providing support during emotional, personal, family, and migratory challenges. I've also embraced leadership by managing teams with respect, communication, confidence, and happiness, fostering long-term professional relationships. My skills as a life-long learner, responsible, committed, honest, and detail-oriented person, along with the support of my family, have helped me maintain a positive attitude towards daily challenges both at work and at home.
