About Diane Gress

Growing up working on my family’s dairy farm taught me that you get out what you put in – and I've always been willing to put in the work, even when my monthly pay was $30 (generous from my grandpa’s perspective). That work ethic has followed me throughout my life, from various non-profit service and communications roles to completing a full-stack software development bootcamp, marking my transition into web development. Whatever I'm doing, I can't help but give 100%. Since shifting into web development, I’ve had the privilege of being a part of agile teams where I can put my technical skills to work. I’ve deepened my knowledge of JavaScript and React to help craft modern, responsive web experiences. With a strong foundation in Java, SQL, HTML, and CSS, I love building intuitive, user-friendly digital solutions (that even my grandpa can use). Experience & Skills • Developed and implemented modern web features using JavaScript and React for a major government defense website • Diagnosed and fixed technical issues in AEM components to improve user experience • Worked closely with Creative, Business, and Technology teams to bring development strategies to life • Helped streamline workflows in an agile team, ensuring fast deployment and high-quality code • Applied my background in Java, SQL, HTML, and CSS to build scalable, robust web solutions I’m always excited to connect with others in tech and explore new opportunities to contribute to innovative projects. Let’s connect!
