About Diane Mullane

Having worked in the design industry for over 20 years, I’ve helped clients navigate disciplines as diverse as packaging, retail, digital, corporate, and brand identity programs. As Vice President of Client Services at Shikatani Lacroix, I take a personal role in helping our clients balance design sensibilities with business priorities. I am also fortunate to lead a team of dedicated and enthusiastic account directors and managers who are always looking to do right by the brands they serve. My most important responsibility is to ensure that clients feel heard and understood by the designers who bring their brands to life. From the initial brief to the final approvals, I want to help our clients bring their vision to life, while offering insights and expertise from Shikatani Lacroix’s deep bench of talented strategists and designers.
