Diane is a finance professional, with “C” Suite experience in private and public companies. Expertise in Finance, Capital Raising, Equity JVs/Acquisitions in industries of commercial Real Estate, Health Care and Hospitality. Known for her strategic and out of the box thinking, she has 15 years of Board of Directors experience, and currently serves on the Board of Extra Space Storage (NYSE: EXR); Scioto Properties a privately held, health care real estate company She currently is Chair of Nom/Gov for Extra Space, and also serves on Audit Committee. Diane's career includes 30+ years of experience in Lending, Capital Markets, and Driving Strategic Growth in public and private companies. She currently serves as a partner at the private equity firm Fillmore Capital Partners where she focuses on strategy and product development activities. She has worked in her various roles as both a fiduciary and entrepreneur including: investing as a principal in both debt and equity, executing over $8 billion of transactions; operating, renovating and developing properties; restructuring, selling and performing complex work-outs; asset and portfolio management; and raising institutional capital for a wide range of companies as an intermediary.
