Internal Auditor conducted audit of business process controls and reported results & recommended actions to management resulting in stronger controls and standardized processes. Improved accuracy of account reconciliations by 5X and reduced head count by 3X resulting in $100K of annual savings. SAP Consultant created new internal control frameworks for accounting, treasury, tax, purchase to pay, inventory, IT, shipping/receiving and payroll functions. Created test scripts for all functions and carried out testing with the participation of business partners. As part of SAP implementation, developed training material for implementation of new SAP software program.
