A prospective Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with a keen interest in organizational development, psychological evaluations, and career and personnel psychology. My career goal as a Human Resource Officer is to use my profound understanding of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Management, which is supported by a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in both subject areas, to create organizational excellence through effective staffing practices. I am committed to fostering an evolving multicultural atmosphere at work that encourages staff development, engagement, and efficiency. My ambition is to work with cross-functional teams to create and execute new human resources approaches, talent management initiatives, and development initiatives for staff that not only connect with the objectives of the business but also enable employees to succeed.
