About Dicky Candra

I graduated from English Language and Literature Department from my college and it makes me confident to communicate with people around the world. I have been working for more than 4 years in the field of Customer Service and I have earned my Proactive Customer Service Certification from Telkom Professional Certification Center. In 2019, I won the Best Employee of The Month for 5 times and was trusted by my company to handle a pilot project for two month. In my daily work, I make contact with many telco providers around the world to resolve many issue from fault handling issue to some administrative request. I do negotiation to make sure that an issue is well acknowledged from our side. In this case, sometimes, I have to do good time-management since our customers' timezone could be different from Indonesia's. Therefore, making sure that the joint-call or e-meeting can be scheduled on our customers' working hours (unless they have requested earlier), is critical, so they do not feel bothered by working outside their business hour. Working for the telco industry, has become a great experience since I learn a lot about IT related things and am familiar with many platforms to support my job assisting the customer. Also, I have learned a lot about customers' behavior and their characteristics and how to deal with it I am also an active member of Britzone (the biggest free English community in Jakarta and I have earned their trust to be the speaker, twice, for this year. I also have conducted for the new branch in Surabaya via zoom and it makes the third time of me being the speaker for this community.
