Didier FLORIOT was graduated from Supelec school in electrical engineering. He received his M.S. and Phd from the university of Paris VI. He joined the Thales researche Center and was involved in the development and the industrialization of semiconductor power technologies. He was involved in various technical fields From to 2007 as team leader at Alcatel Thales Lab, a joint research group on opto-microwave devices and power semiconductors for major development programs for defense in the final phase of integration at Thales.
