About Didier Hanonge

Didier began his career in 1991 with Bureau Veritas working on the certification of rigid and flexible riser systems. In 1997 he joined Technip's technical centre for flexible pipe in Le Trait as a test engineer, working on cutting edge development programmes for deepwater applications. From 2002 to 2007 he held various engineering management roles in the same technical division before moving to Perth to act as lead flexible engineer on a number of key projects, including Kikeh, Laminaria, CWLH, Ruby and others. In March 2010 he joined Technip's Kuala Lumpur office as Business Development Manager. He moved back to France in October 2010 to become the engineering manager for the Papa Terra project with delivery of 27km of IPB (Integrated Production Bundle) risers and flowlines for Petrobras. From July 2011 to May 2013, he was also project manager of the Cameron Mars project. In June 2013, he became the manager of the Product Engineering Division, Technip's R&D center for flexible pipes. Since March 2017, Didier is Senior Manager Flexibles Technology at TechnipFMC. Spécialisations : Management, Flexible pipe engineering and manufacturing.
