Currently at STMicroelectronics, I focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships in the automotive and solar sectors. Each year, I collaborate in managing over ten multi-year collaborations, working closely with OEMs and key accounts to ensure shared success. This role has sharpened my skills in contract negotiation, risk management and capacity planning, all within a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in three years. This strong technical foundation led me to pursue a Master of Science in Management Engineering, completed in two years, where I developed the ability to merge analytical thinking with strategic perspective. This blend of skills enables me to approach challenges with both precision and vision, whether it’s defining commercial agreements or interpreting market dynamics. Prior to my current role, I worked as an Innovation Engineer at DHL Supply Chain, where I contributed to operational improvements through data analysis and hands-on support for projects in robotics and intelligent automation. I also spent time at Confindustria Bergamo, supporting 34 companies in their journey toward digital transformation, energy efficiency, and the circular economy. Outside of work, I’m a keen cyclist, often exploring scenic routes or improving my performances during my free time. I’m also passionate about travel and photography, especially capturing landscapes, urban life, and cultural moments. These interests fuel my creativity and contribute to the curiosity and drive I bring into my professional life.
