About Dieri Tarau

I am passionate about the Social community, fisheries, and marine. I have 7 years of experience working in fisheries management and conservation areas. I have extensive experience as a Field Coordinator, managing data collection for the Snapper and Grouper Deepwater Project across multiple locations, including North Minahasa, Sangihe, Talaud, Sitaro, and Wakatobi regencies. This role allowed me to work closely with coastal communities, fostering valuable relationships that enhanced project outcomes. Additionally, I have spent the past three years in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Division, where I honed skills in designing Theories of Change, creating project work plans, and developing framework analyses for baseline and end line project assessments. My work also involved supporting program teams in monitoring project progress and ensuring effective organizational data management. I have been actively involved in proposal development, report writing, and reviewing project reports submitted to donors. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in both fieldwork and project management, enabling me to contribute effectively to sustainable fisheries and conservation efforts.
