As a Human Resources Coordinator and Officer at CARE, I am passionate about supporting the mission of the global humanitarian organization and empowering its staff to achieve their goals. I have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Mersin University, where I learned how to design and implement effective HR policies and practices. I have over 8 years of experience in the HR field, working with various organizations and teams. I have contributed to the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement and payroll. I have developed skills in goal setting, OKRs, Power Automate, and emotional intelligence, which enable me to facilitate the alignment, collaboration, and productivity of the HR function and the organization as a whole. I am always eager to learn new ways to enhance my HR expertise and to support the people and the causes I care about.
