Creative Choice Group was founded by Dilip Barot in 1984. Mr. Barot is an accomplished entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management and commercial development. During this time, Dilip has successfully invested in over 30 unique business ventures which include apartment buildings, community centers, shopping plazas, business parks and technology centers. While his investments have included a mix of both public and private properties, Dilip has spent a significant amount of his career investing in low-income/subsidized properties across the United States to provide needed affordable housing and stimulate job creation in high-risk communities. Mr. Barot is well known for “going where no one else will go” and has successfully revitalized some of the poorest neighborhoods in Florida, including Opa-Locka, Gainesville, and Key West. In addition to his real estate development, Dilip has invested in the people business. He is the founder of Etech, a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcer) based in Nacogdoches, TX. In the last 10 years, Etech has grown from 1 location to 7 centers and currently employs professionals. Dilip is well experienced in real estate development and raising venture capital. He is a highly sought out speaker across the globe. He or his ventures have been featured in both national and international publications including Forbes Magazine, Reader’s Digest,Wall Street Journal, Times of India, Affordable Housing Finance, Tax Credit Advisors and Desh-Videsh. Dilip’s work has been recognized by Presidents of U.S.A, Deputy Prime Minster of India, and other political leaders. His ventures have received many awards.
