Dimas Negoro is an experienced, educated, and certified financial and management professional. He is a strategist at a diversified mining company and cofounder and CEO of Mahagatra group. His exceptional analytical skills in strategy and finance came from a wide exposures; equity and debt assets from a prominent securities house, corporate finance from a large holding company, portfolio investment from an international hedge fund firm and private equity deals from Mahagatra group. His work scope exposure formed a complete chain; from strategic analysis and formulation, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, administration, implementation, restructuring, divestment, to the capital market. His strong analytical leadership is important to effective and efficient allocation of company’s assets and people resources. With strong strategic perspectives for firm’s performance, he has the ability to deal with business environment complexity and dynamism.
