As a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in wood product design, sheet metal fabrication, and custom cabinetry, I specialize in developing both standard and tailored solutions using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. My work spans from concept to production, ensuring precision, functionality, and timely delivery. I bring hands-on experience in creating detailed CAD models and production drawings—particularly for Kemresin worktops and complex cabinet components—while integrating Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T) principles to improve manufacturing accuracy. My role also involves seamless coordination with the USA engineering team, where I ensure projects meet quality expectations and deadlines. I’ve played a key role in standardizing operations by implementing checklists and SOPs, supporting quality control and new product development. With expertise in Syteline ERP, I handle everything from bill of material (BOM) creation to routing, work center allocation, time estimation, and weight calculations, ensuring smooth and efficient process planning. Driven by innovation, I continuously design and optimize product components to boost usability, durability, and performance, helping create long-term value in every project I undertake.
