Education & Qualifications BIIAB Level 2 Award for Door supervisors- Course completed on 25/10/18 and awaiting results. Bangor University 2014-2017 CertH Biomedical Science. Access to HE course 2013/14 Coleg Ceredigion’s, Aberystwyth gaining an overall distinction and good level of education in numeracy, English, welsh, Biology, psychology and chemistry. ICT skills: Good Understanding in the use of Word, Excel, Power point and Access Work Experience Ceredigion County Council, Tregerddan Residential care March 2020- Present Responsibilites: Ensuring I level of cleanliness withing working enviroment, providing diet specific meals for vunrable adults, asissting with food preperation, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and ensureing that I have up to date knowladge on hygine and health and saftey within the workplace. Skills gained: Invaluble knowledge of working with vunrable adults, being able to work under challenging conditions with the recent pandemic, expanded my knowladeg in working within the catering industry and being able to multitask while preforming essential tasks. Royal Mail, Delivery Driver December 2018 - March 2020 Responsibilities: Orgenising parcels and letters at the delivery center into walk order, ensuring vehicle was in a safe working order each day, maintaing a high standard of saftey and profesionalims while undertaking the delivery and providing a service with a smile. Skills gained: Knowledge of health and saftey within a large organisation, the importance of maintaining confidentiality, the ability to work at a fast pace with high level of accuracy throughout the day. Glan Y Mor Caravan Park (Allan’s Cravans), Clarach Chef/Head Chef June 2017- December 2018 Responsibilities: Managing the kitchen, training staff, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, keeping up to date on kitchen paperwork, hiring staff and providing excellent food to all to customers. Skills gained: Ensuring a safe working environment for staff, communication in a high stress environment, stock taking and daily ordering, level 2 food hygiene and allergies, up to date first aid at work. Dedicated swimmer achieving club vice-captain and representing my club on a local and international level. I also have a keen interest in open water swimming. Scuba Diving Attained my qualification of PADI open water diver in the Red sea, Egypt and have been diving in the Mediterranean. Climbing Been ice and rock climbing in the resort of Chamonix, France and climbed one of the highest peaks in Europe. Cycling
