Responsible to develop new service offerings for connected devices and to create the operational workflow for new wearables/ medical devices. Ensuring implementation of end to end workflow for new solutions which are in sync with the needs of the study/program for internal or external stakeholders. Providing SME support for strategic solutions for connected devices and remote/real time data collection. Simultaneously, also overseeing the operational aspect of existing platforms and technologies already in use and maintaining an awareness of industry benchmarks and new technologies in connected device domain.In summary, the role revolves around :1) Device Qualification for new device offerings in clinical trials2) Integration of vendor systems across multiple therapeutic areas for capturing endpoints apt to a trial need3) Playing role of Business analyst for inhouse and Third-Party Vendor (TPV) system integrations4) Business SME and SPOC for system enhancements, testing and validation5) Developing data flow solution using TPV systemsBusiness Operations and Line Management:1) Have led a 20+ team for ECG analysis lab operations on various capacities2) Successfully managing the SOP Task Force Leader role for past 5+ yearsUpskilling:1) Recently completed PG Diploma in Data Science from in collaboration with UpGrad. with focus on application of various Machine Learning algorithms on business case studies for regression, classification and forecasting as well as Business Intelligence through Analytics and Operations Research
