I have a Master's degree in Information Technology (M.sc. I.T) with an overall experience of 5+ years in Customer Success/Customer Relationship role & 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Account strategist. Hard-working, self-motivated, always keen on learning new things, excellent communication skills, well planned, time management, are a few of my strong traits. Currently working as a Digital Account Strategist (Google Ads Campaign Specialist) for assigned set of clients, where main job duty entails to serve as a trusted consultant for customers onboard, help develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns using relevant keywords, ad extensions, etc. Previously I was working with an Australia based IT services company as a Business Manager and Social Media Manager with an aim to help the business grow by at least 60% with the effective use of Social Media and its tools. Prior to this, I have worked with Massachusetts, USA based Healthcare Software and IT services company as Strategic Account Manager from May 2015 to October 2019 where I gained learning at building strategic and mutually beneficial relationships between the company and the client, escalation management, and to develop and maintain long term relationships with the customers. I was a part of several important projects in my previous organization and was recognized for my time management and customer handling skills. On a personal level, am an avid reader with a collection of more than 250 books in my mini-library and also telling stories. Quite a narrative and talkative person that I am, I like to pen my thoughts or anything that catches my interest. I also like spending time with my family and am passionate about traveling to places that are least visited. A big fan of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S series; have watched it for only God knows how many times! Have OCD for well organized things (from wardrobe to excel sheets ) Have adopted a healthy lifestyle since past 5 years and passionate about continuing to do so.
