For 10+ years I have been working in after-sales service at SCANIA. My main expertise: building spare parts supply chains, building and developing a service network in the markets of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. I have extensive experience in the development and implementation of new, automation and improvement of existing programs / products and processes.
