About Dominique Johnson

My past experiences have been based on delivering excellent customer service and the ability to perform really well. Currently, being the administrative assistant, I assist with maintaining the day-to-day operations of the church. I also assist with the church's finances, HR, overseeing the executive pastor's calendar and his schedule. I am very punctual, dependable, and a team player. I am very passionate about professional development and how to be more effective and efficient in becoming better. Right now, I assist with our children's ministry managing the schedule, creating events for families to connect, communicating to a team, conducting background checks and training. I enjoy casting the vision and maintaining a level of excellence when it comes to serving our community. I am also the director of operations for a non-profit organization named icuTalks. icuTalks is Christian-based mental health speaking ministry that gathers once a month. My role is to communicate with the audience by sending weekly emails, along with individuals who will be speaking and providing information for them before the event. I assist the executive director in sending and responding to emails on her behalf, doing research, and serve as a secretary on the board. I am passionate about being an advocate for mental health and doing my part in making sure our vision and mission are clear.
