A dynamic and high-spirited leader with a track record of growing individuals and teams along skills, career, and organizational paths has redirecting his energies into the passions of alpine and telemark skiing, and mountain biking, as an instructor, coach, and guide. Proven abilities to develop strong relationships, recognize personal development needs, and direct training, experiences, and knowledge-growth to help move individuals along their journeys. Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) certifications in Alpine, Telemark, and Children’s Specialist. Professional Mountain Biking Instructors Association (PMBIA) and International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) instructor certifications, and decades of skiing and cycling experience. I have more than 30 years experience exercising my vision, focus, and determination through systems and systems-related challenges and opportunities, and the development of relationships necessary to the solution of problems and creation of futures. Clear and excellent communication using the spoken and written word has allowed me to foster understanding and open dialog within my teams and organizations.
