About Don Mioton

With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a dedicated and dynamic professional who excels at managing and growing brands, operations, and customer service. I am currently the Interim/Opening General Manager at Monday Night Brewing, where I oversee the launch and development of a new taproom, as well as the daily operations, staff training, and quality control of three additonal outlets. Prior to this, I was the Brand and Operations Manager at Bold Monk Brewing Company, a part of the Brewed to Serve group, where I led the marketing, sales, and events strategy, as well as the front-of-house operations, of a multi-faceted craft brewery and restaurant. I also have experience as the General Manager at Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall, a popular outdoor-oriented bar and kitchen, where I managed the financial performance, inventory, and vendor relations, as well as the hiring, scheduling, and coaching of the staff. I have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and team building, as well as a passion for craft beer and local food.
