About Don Perry

I am a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and FAA rated Airline Transport Pilot. Currently I am a Kalitta Air First Officer on the Boeing Recently, I flew as a BE400 Captain conducting unscheduled charter operations in accordance with FAR Part 135 and as a pilot in support of United States Government Defense Contracts throughout the Middle East and Africa. As an Air Force command pilot, I safely conducted over 3400 flight hours in the TC-12B, C-130E/H, RC-208B, C-130J, and E-11A. I have extensive experience operating globally as pilot in command during missions in numerous countries on 4 continents. My flight experience includes over 1200 combat hours, aeromedical evacuation missions, search and rescue, humanitarian airlift, as well as extensive experience in transporting cargo and passengers. Additionally, I was an USAF Formal Training Unit Instructor Pilot for the C-130J aircraft. In addition to flight operations, I have approximately 6 years of experience in security cooperation and diplomacy as the United States Air Attache to Romania and the United States Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache to the Kyrgyz Republic.
