Helping People Move Better, Get Stronger, and Feel Their Best I’m a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach passionate about helping individuals—especially beginners and those returning to fitness—build confidence, strength, and sustainable health habits. With experience in strength training, functional movement, injury prevention, and group fitness instruction, I specialize in guiding clients through effective, results-driven workouts tailored to their needs. Currently, I work at the YMCA as a Health & Wellness Attendant and Program Assistant, where I support members with exercise guidance, strength training fundamentals, and injury prevention techniques. I also assist with youth fitness programs like Teen Strength Training and Family Fitness, helping young athletes and families develop a solid fitness foundation. I completed the Fitness & Lifestyle Specialist Program at Lane Community College—an ACE-aligned program that strengthened my expertise in fitness assessments, exercise prescription, movement coaching, and behavior modification. I am currently pursuing my ACE Personal Trainer Certification (2025) and hold a CPR/AED certification to ensure safe and effective training. Whether I’m coaching a group, leading a strength training session, or helping someone take their first step toward fitness, my goal is simple: help people move better, get stronger, and feel their best.
