Receiving Clerk: Receive all parts and products that come into the plant. I verify that they are correct per packing slip. I then receive them in the SAP Program. Service Receipts are also received in SAP per PO and information given to me. All bought out boards or Farm Outs are a part of being received in SAP. MRBR is also a part of making sure everything is at our plant and received correctly. I know when I started as Receiving Clerk the MRBR report was 150 lines and as of today it is down to 5 or less. I implemented coping the packing slip and Designation papers on the outside of boxes to ensure they are not lost. We have had a complete reduction in things being taken to the wrong area. Part of my job also includes helping Customer Service and Sales to make sure they have copies of any POD's that a customer is disputing. All the POD's are filed in the back which I keep track of and make sure they are sent daily to the POD file for Customer Service. I assist Jenny on any audit POD's. I send out all monthly information to Management for record keeping. I am also trained to help with Planning in TSS when the planner is gone or needs help. I also can assist with the Lead position to ensure things are being done correctly and to DS Smith standards. I am Trained on the Bander as well and have helped several times when employees are out or there is no coverage. The Trainer has since given paperwork to the Lead and I have been signed off on that area. I also help in Shipping when employees are on vacation or breaks. I can perform all shipping requirements. Jay has worked with me on inventory and cycle counting. We have had changes in the back and Helping managers/employees is a top priority for me to make sure we are successful.
