About Donna Caudill

I am certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), also CPR/AED certified by the American Safety and Health Institute. I have a sincere passion for doing aerobic exercise, toning, strengthening and conditioning! I was inspired and motivated by elderly fitness enthusiasts to challenge myself to become certified to instruct group fitness, which I did in 2007. My admiration runs deep for our 'spry' population who care enough about their health to exercise and strengthen their bodies, resulting in a better quality of life! However, I welcome young and elderly alike as I have a broad range of ages attending my classes! I am happy to say I offer you several opportunities to take part in a group exercise class for a very low cost of only $1.00 per class! I can be contacted at dcaudill@mpinet.net. Please come and have fun moving to music through a variety of aerobic exercises at a low impact level to increase cardiovascular rate, range of movement, endurance, coordination and muscular strength, including using resistance equipment of small balls, hand-held weights, resistance tubing and more, closing with casual stretching.
