About Donna Dodd

As the Corporate Senior Manager of Human Resources, I overseen the HR functions of three facilities with 176 employees, and 4 direct reports. I managed payroll administration for 400+ hourly and salaried employees across four sites. I have more than 6 years of experience in HR management, payroll, and office administration, and I am certified as an ADP Payroll Specialist. I am efficient in the following HRIS systems: ADP, PayCom, and UKG. My mission is to support the business needs and human resource strategies of the company, and to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legal requirements. I work closely with the Corporate Director of HR, CFO, COO, and onsite plant managers to provide counsel and advice on company policies and procedures, and to recommend disciplinary actions. I also lead the training and orientation of new hires, and participate in the Senior Leadership Team for North America Operations.
