About Donna Eurich

Donna is the Risk Manager, Director of Child & Youth Protection, and Victim Assistance Coordinator for the Diocese of Tulsa & Eastern Oklahoma. She leads the diocese’s risk management efforts, focusing on safeguarding vulnerable populations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating organizational risk across ministries and institutions. She oversees abuse-reporting protocols, safe-environment training programs, and pastoral support for survivors. Prior to moving to Tulsa, Donna served as a middle school teacher and safe environment coordinator for education and training in the Diocese of Palm Beach before transitioning into diocesan-level leadership in child protection and safe environments where she excelled at collaborating with organizations such as VIRTUS and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Donna's Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (English & History) from Florida Atlantic University; Graduate Certificate in Child Protection and Safe Environments from The Catholic University of America; and a Master of Science Degree in Enterprise Risk Management from St. John's University in New York. Donna provides strategic oversight to diocesan operations, balancing legal, ethical, and operational risks with pastoral sensitivity. Donna champions a trauma-informed and risk-aware culture within the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma. She coordinates policy implementation and proactive risk assessments across diocesan schools, parishes, and outreach services. She ensures alignment between canonical obligations, civil requirements, and survivor-centered pastoral response. Donna has been married for over 30 years and is a proud mother of three daughters. She is passionate about education, faith-based service, family life, and ethical leadership.
