About Donna Swift

I’m Donna Swift—an arts integration coach, performing arts educator, and founder of IMP for Kids, a youth theater company that fosters community connection through performance.My mission is to empower students and educators to collaborate creatively, use the arts as a tool for learning, and make lasting impacts on both classroom culture and community life. For over two decades, I’ve worked with schools to integrate theater, STEAM, and storytelling into everyday teaching, helping students find their voice and teachers find new ways to engage learners.I coach educators in collaborative teaching methods, lead professional development workshops, and create performance opportunities that highlight student growth. I’m also expanding into voice-over work for educational content and creative projects—because storytelling has many forms, and I love bringing ideas to life through voice as well as performance.
