About Donte Tanner

An accomplished and highly motivated Program Manager with over a decade of experience in Program, Project, and Portfolio Management. Mr. Tanner has a demonstrated proficiency in leading and directing teams in the public and private sector. He has a strong track record of completing projects on time, under budget, and on target both as an Air Force Captain and a Government Contractor. Under his leadership, project teams have applied the Lean Six Sigma approach to increase program efficiencies, reduce cycle delivery timelines and improve overall communication and collaboration. Donte is a former candidate, mentor, advisor and strategist. He ran for the Virginia House of Delegates, falling 99 votes short of ousting an entrenched Republican leader in the legislature. Donte documented the lessons learned and got to work helping candidates in Virginia and across the country - especially veterans and first time candidates - on Local, State and Federal races. His strategic counsel and mentorship was critical as Democrats flipped the Congress in 2018 and the Virginia House of Delegates in 2019, and keeping Virginia Blue in 2020 for President Biden. A former Air Force Officer and Air Force Academy Graduate, Donte brings that mindset to his work on behalf of candidates.
