I am currently a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, majoring in Business Marketing with a collateral in Professional Sales and a specialized track in Entrepreneurship. I have always been a strong leader with a competitive strong work ethic. In my previous position as a Marketing Analyst intern for ServiceFlex, I was given the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to various aspects of the company. I managed client and prospect leads in FreeAgent CRM application, supporting sales management by delivering critical information to sales teams. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to redesign the ServiceFlex website, resulting in a more modern, user-friendly site with clearer key-selling messages. I even revamped the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, enhancing the brand’s online visibility and engagement. These experiences have broadened my skill set and deepened my understanding of different facets of marketing. My current goal is to leverage these diverse experiences and skills to secure an entry-level position within a marketing or sales role, where I can continue to learn and refine my career direction. My objective is to work within a dynamic and diverse marketing environment to explore various aspects of the field and gain insights into what truly resonates with me. I plan to actively seek mentorship and networking opportunities within the industry, engage in continuous learning through certifications, and stay open to the possibility of further education in marketing. While I may not have a specific career destination in mind just yet, I am confident that my passion for marketing, adaptability, and acquired skills will guide me toward a successful and fulfilling career in the field.
