Currently teaching personal defense tactics and the Illinois Concealed Carry License Course (firearms training) to anyone interested in personal and family protection. RETIRED December 2021 Police Officer at Cook County Sheriff’s Police after 30 years with CCSO. 2003 to December 2021 I was assigned as an Investigator with Cook County Sheriff's Police Fugitive Warrant Unit. The unit investigates and locates subjects who are wanted on criminal warrants within Cook County and the greater Chicagoland area. We then go out and arrest them. The unit also operates a 24-hour desk to respond to any warrant-related inquiry by law enforcement agencies; we also handle extraditions between our agency and other IL counties, and other states. to 2003 I worked at H.I.D.T.A. Chicago, providing technical and investigative analyst support for law enforcement counter-drug enforcement operations. 1994 to I worked as a patrol officer, providing law enforcement services to unincorporated cook county, to include D.U.I. and overwight truck statute enforcement. Prior military experience: 12 years served with the U.S. Army Reserve and the IL Army National Guard. As an MP, I rose to the rank of Captain.
