About Doug Marshall

Doug has certifications in coaching, conflict resolution, and communication instruction. He currently offers coaching, instruction, and training through his business "Conversations that Grow!" Conversations that Grow offers bible-based coaching, training, and tools to improve communication, relationship tensions, decision making, life and career transitions, and coaching skill, for individuals, groups, and organizations. Doug has been a pastor for 44 years in the non-denominational Christian Church. He is killed in collaborative leadership, team building, preaching, teaching, coaching, conflict resolution, pastoral counseling and pastoral care. He has created a communication training framework called "Conversations that Grow" and published a book on the framework also called "Conversations that Grow." He is a certified professional coach, a certified Christian conciliator, and a certified communication instructor. He has an M.A. Theology/Philosophy from Lincoln Christian University and wrote his thesis on how to integrate the social sciences with biblical theology and Christian ministry.
