About Drew Borsz

Mr. Drew Borsz has over 30 years of active military and federal government experience. He is a retired Special Forces Senior Noncommissioned Officer who served more than twenty years on active duty. Drew was the Academics Officer for the Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) at the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Chief of the Department of Human Dynamics at the US Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, and a Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Instructor. He has developed and taught Special Forces Adaptive Thinking and Leadership and Negotiations/Mediation courses to Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations officers and NCO’s. Drew oversaw the curriculum at MSOS that produced Critical Skills Operators for USSOCOM and the USMC. He also oversaw the MSOS Instructor Qualification Course (MIQC) at Camp Lejeune and taught Adult Learning to Critical Skills Operator students certifying them as instructors. Drew’s experience with the military and government service include assessing and evaluating small unit operations, team and leader development, SOF integration and support to conventional forces, cultural and regional capabilities, and Cultural Support Team training. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fayetteville State University and attended Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
