About Drew Cochran

I’m a third-year student at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, pursuing a major in Management with co-majors in Professional Sales and Leading Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Organizations (LDEI). I’m passionate about people-first leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and building inclusive cultures that drive performance. Beyond the classroom, I’ve developed strong team and leadership experience through my involvement in high-level athletics and student life. As a member of the Indiana Men’s Club Soccer team, I’ve helped lead the program to back-to-back appearances at the NIRSA National Championships. My leadership journey began in high school, where I captained my varsity soccer team to its first-ever state championship and competed nationally with Indiana Fire Juniors. These experiences helped sharpen my discipline, communication skills, and competitive edge. On campus, I stay active in causes that matter. I participated in the Civic Leadership Living Learning Center during my freshman year, where I engaged in service initiatives and civic engagement projects. I am also focused on developing my strategic and interpersonal skillsets through my coursework and involvement in sales and leadership development organizations. This summer, I will intern with Stratosphere Quality Control in Fishers, Indiana, gaining hands-on experience in operational effectiveness and quality assurance. Looking ahead, I’m excited to apply my education and experiences to drive meaningful impact in business, whether through sales leadership, organizational strategy, or inclusive team development.
