About Drew Smith

My passion for helping people has lead to my current role as an HR Project Manager. I get to help businesses of all different sizes implement a new HRIS by teaching them the ins and outs of BambooHR and migrating their data from their previous system into their new one! I love working with my clients and am excited to grow with BambooHR! Previously, I've had the opportunity to work at ARUP Laboratories where I played a crucial role in saving the lives of patients who required emergent blood transfusions. I treasure that experience and am still passionate about this sector. I've also worked in commercial real estate, at Brixio Capital, where I helped clients in the process of navigating 1031 tax deferred exchanges, saving them hundreds of thousands, and on occasion, millions of dollars. This is what sparked my love of helping others. As I grow in my career, my focus is certain: Help others in any capacity I'm able.
