I train and develop team members from both internal and external backgrounds on their daily job actions. My responsibilities entail learning individually agreed upon workflows per unique client contracts, creating and developing specialized content for each program, delivering training presentations, and providing individualized feedback to each agent. I excel at understanding operational processes and communicating these nuances to others. I am passionate about delivering content to employees in a way that meaningfully connects them to our core mission of caring for patient lives, and such that they can confidently perform every action required of them in their work.
