Chartered Engineer with over 20 years experience working on 3 Waters and Rivers and Coastal projects. Filled a variety of technical and managerial roles including Team Leader and subsequently Section Leader, for Water Design Delivery. These roles were in support of the Director of Operations and provided leadership and role modelling of core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture and prioritised the health and wellbeing of staff. The role involves setting clear business direction and providing a strong role model regarding client focus and responsiveness, as well as developing client relationships. I support the Water team to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, inspiring them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions. This allows the team to thrive in a global setting, encourages cross-geography relationships to maximise the benefit to our clients.Significant technical experience in 3 Waters, river engineering, scour assessment, SUDS schemes, hydraulic modelling and reservoir and dam engineering. Strong technical background with experience in managing different disciplines demonstrates an ability to successfully deliver projects coupled with experience in site supervision. Worked as project engineer (design manager), controlling the management of design deliverable outputs for multi-disciplinary project design teams and providing technical guidance to the project manager.
