About Duncan Webb

Now that I’ve landed and touched base in Denver, I’ve been eager for opportunities and non-stop adventures! After seeking out as much professional experience as possible over the last few years, I believe that I have finally found my calling within an organization that I ACTUALLY believe in. Let's rewind: before my endeavors began in Flagstaff to pursue my business degree, I began taking local community college courses at the start of my junior year of high school in order to earn my Associates degree by the time I earned my high school diploma. At the same time, I was attempting to learn office experience by performing standard tasks within my family's local business in Arizona. Upon graduating high school, I was able to participate in a international student trip to Europe led by EF Educational Tours alongside some of my most influential (and favorite) teachers at the time. Earning my Associates a bit earlier allowed me to take my time during my procurement of my business degree, as well as being able to spend six months in Groningen, Netherlands at one of the top 100 schools in the world (Hanze University of Applied Sciences). I learned to adapt to an entire different culture of community as well as a foreign education system. This encouraged me to travel as much as possible while in turn strengthening my understanding of people skills and communication. Fast forward to today: I am currently tackling my next endeavor as a Territory Manager/Tour Consultant for middle and high school educators throughout the Central Valley region of California. And here's the kicker; it just so happens to be with the same organization that was able to send me to Europe way back in 2013 - EF Educational Tours! I am grateful for all of the opportunities over the years to get me where I am today. It took me constant interviews, going through start-up layoffs, the pandemic, passing through organizations that were psychologically unsafe, and just a bit of grit to finally feel like I'm doing something that matters. Thank you EF for believing in me and for all of those that inspired me along the way.
