Main experiences include satellite systems (Earth Station, VSAT Hub and Terminal), various terrestrial wireless systems, Digital microwave systems, Telephone Systems (PBX, VoiP, Voice Loggers), CISCO routers and DSL systems and wide area networking in general. I have business experience in the jobs I have held previously in which I have had the roles of presale consultant, technical proposal formulation head, project manager, training delivery resource, customer support engineer, executive director of a company etc. I have good problem solving capability, marketing and sales capability, technical and project financial analysis skills and capable of analysing organisations to understand job roles that are important to my goals, focused on producing efficient, reliable and cost effective communication solutions as an individual or as part of a team. Have patience, diplomacy and marketing skills. I have commitment and knowledge in the telecom field. Practiced in Zambia from level of engineer to business development, customer service and company executive director. Have experience working for an International company and have operated a start-up company from scratch as Managing Director giving me critical understanding of business in general and the importance of team work. In another life, Dunstan is a small scale farmer working towards being a medium scale farmer and works with other farmers in producer cooperatives to increase capacity for both production and access to markets.
