Throughout my multifaceted career in education, I have embraced diverse roles that have enriched my understanding of the field and honed my leadership skills. As a seasoned educator, I began my journey as a passionate teacher, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. With time, I took on the role of Head of the Department, where I worked to shape curriculum and empower fellow educators, ensuring that our students received the best possible education. My experience as a Principal marked a pivotal point in my career. It allowed me to create a thriving educational ecosystem, emphasizing a student-centered approach, strong teacher development, and a commitment to excellence. As a State Programme Coordinator, I had the privilege of spearheading impactful initiatives that reached beyond the confines of a single institution. My responsibilities included program design, policy implementation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, all aimed at enhancing education at a state level. With 10 years of teaching experience as HOD, Assistant Professor, and HSST, and two years as Principal at DrAVN CBSE MRS, Njaraneeli, I am currently the State Programme Coordinator for the Mazhavillu Programme under KDISC. This innovative, child-centred science education initiative focuses on experiential learning and inquiry-based activities to foster critical thinking, challenge misconceptions, and inspire scientific inquiry. Driven by a passion for empowering students, Mazhavillu aims to create a holistic and enjoyable learning environment that promotes continuous discovery, equipping children to contribute meaningfully to societal progress. My journey has instilled in me a deep passion for education, an unwavering commitment to student success, and a profound belief in the power of collaboration to drive positive change. I am dedicated to shaping the future of education, advocating for innovation, and creating equitable opportunities for all.
