I focus on celebrating failure when it leads to learning and iteration. I have work experience in India, Singapore, UK, and the Netherlands. I am a self-motivated and results-driven professional with engineering and management background. I have been highly curious, inquisitive, and open to learning and discovery. My experience includes working in an established company with a known business model and also startup with an unknown business model that requires different skill sets. Under several instances, I have proven the ability to readily wear multiple hats, often on the same day. I am comfortable with chaos, change, learning from failure and am at ease at working in risky unstable situations. I like challenges and I have demonstrated the ability to thrive under pressure tackling difficult projects. I am keen to apply the combination of gained technical skills and fine management insights for creative problem solving with a growing company to benefit mutual success in the best possible way.
