I have a master's degree in business analytics from Florida Atlantic University, and I have applied my skills and knowledge to design and implement effective business strategies, plans, and procedures for various organizations. I oversaw the daily operations of the company and the work of executives from different departments, such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. I set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, established policies that promoted the company culture and vision, and evaluated the results by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. I also participated in expansion activities, such as investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances, and managed relationships with partners and vendors. In addition, I used my communication, sales, and marketing skills to write and submit reports to the CEO, and to represent the company in external events and meetings. I was responsible for the success and profitability of the company, and I contributed to its rapid and sustainable growth until January 2024.
