I am an Emotionally Intelligent Project Manager and heartfelt speaker, leading as an optimist, currently working at Social Good Solutions, a Black woman-owned firm. As a changemaker in philanthropy and a DEI champion, I am dedicated to fostering positive change. As a lifelong learner, I cherish “aha!” moments, continually seeking and creating teachable experiences without limits. With over 10 years in workforce development, program facilitation and implementation, strategic partnerships, and community outreach, I bring flexibility in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My experience spans managing various projects with the ultimate goal of helping people. I take pride in leading cross-collaborations to meet corporate social responsibility needs — investing resources to expand sustainable practices for community based organizations, corporate contractors, and government agencies. Whether partnering with the Federal Reserve Bank to provide free laptops to students or facilitating regranting to invest in workforce development pilots for underserved communities, I am passionate about making a difference. With 15 years of experience in facilitation, I am often invited to speak on panels and at events. I particularly enjoy discussing underrepresented narratives, resilience, and feminist empowerment. My experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, and serving disenfranchised communities, has given me a unique perspective on the ease of losing sight of hope and altruism amidst daily routines. I am passionate about assisting others in regaining confidence to pursue their dreams. I believe there is more to life than merely existing – it’s about sharing joy with others and reminding us of our inherent value. You are priceless!
