Ed & Angie Wright are a team in every sense of the word. They have been happily married since 1978. In 1979 Ed entered Real Estate an became a licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER. He was joined by Angie as a licensed Realtor in 1983 to form one of the first husband and wife Real Estate teams. They quickly created a reliable client base and enjoyed a high level of consistency seldom found in the unpredictable world of Real Estate, personally averaging over $35 million in closed production each year from 1987-2004. Since 2004 they have enjoyed being REAL ESTATE TEAM LEADERS and mentoring an elite, hand-picked group of exceptional agents. This unique power team of 20 comes together in a welcoming workspace with a modern vibe that they affectionately refer to as “The Hub.” While each agent develops his/her own business, the group gathers to collaborate on how to create the most exceptional client experience from start to finish on every transaction. FOUNDERS/FRANCHISORS ~ In 1994, they founded Regency Real Estate Brokers, Inc, a unique company of 33 top-producing Real Estate teams, each represented by its own managing broker. All share equal ownership in the company. Ed & Angie possess an exceptional understanding of both the innermost workings and the larger philosophical components that goes into the teamwork that made Regency the #1 individual selling office in Orange County from 1994 -2019. In 2005, Ed & Angie utilized the same formula for success and franchised another agent-owned Real Estate company in Ventura County, Aviara Real Estate. TRAINERS ~ In 2020, Ed & Angie, channeled their enthusiasm to share the formula for success through teamwork by starting 805 Academy. The 805 Academy is a FREE platform for real estate agents and team leaders to learn best practices for success. Ed & Angie have drawn on what they learned from their sales career, managing their team, starting two team-centric companies, and they have asked other legends in the industry to share too. MINISTRY ~ The couple's teamwork extends beyond real estate. They are passionate about married couples working as a team and living out God's design for marriage. In they began counseling in the Premarital Counseling Ministry at Saddleback Church. As their zeal grew for helping couples strengthen and enrich their marriages, they established Marriage by God Ministries for premarital counseling and marriage mentoring. They have published two curriculums,"Together Forever" and "Putting the 'Happily' Into Your Ever After," that have blessed couples on four different continents.
